As a group I think we selected a classic 1792 full proof single barrel. Big and bold as always, but even at 62.5% the layers of flavour we all look for in a classic Kentucky bourbon are there, caramel, vanilla, pecan, cinnamon.

Bourbon insiders have long acknowledged that full proof bourbon has a distinguished and rich flavour.
