Tasting Notes:

Nose: Dark cherries, golden syrup and sweet spices to the fore, with hints of toffee, glazed figs and hazelnuts.

Taste: Our heather honey hallmark, alongside orange peel, cocoa and ginger, with caramelised brown sugar on the finish.
