From Suntory's mountain forest distillery, nestled deep in Mt. Kaikomagatake, Hakushu Whisky is the fresh and gently smoky single malt whisky with herbal notes that is the revelation of Japanese single malts.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Light gold.

Nose: Peppermint, melon, cucumber.

Palate: Yuzu, grapefruit, lemon thyme.

Finish: Subtle smoke.

The palate introduces green apples and pears, more mint, and some yuzu citrus delivering an extra burst of freshness. There's the subtlest touch of creamy vanilla.
