The exceptional Rare Blends Collection of Barceló rums is born from the nectar of the finest selection of Dominican sugar cane, grown in our own cane fields. The result of aging the reserves of our most precious rums in oak barrels with different degrees of toast, carefully selected by our expert master coopers.

Mizunara: Once the blend is achieved, Mizunara Cask is aged in virgin Japanese oak barrels to provide the complexity and unique flavor that distinguishes this exuberant rum. Intense and woody in style, Barceló Imperial Mizunara Cask is an exquisite spirit, born to fascinate the most demanding palates; it is harmony for the senses.

Maple: Once the blend is achieved, Maple Cask is left to rest in authentic maple wood to provide the complexity and unique flavor that distinguishes this fascinating spirit.

Porto: Once the blend is finished, Porto Cask is matured in authentic Tawny 10 port wine casks to provide the complexity and unique richness that defines this exuberant rum liqueur.
