To become Papidoux Calvados XO only a small number of barrels, in which the distillates develop particularly well, are selected for the maturation of Papidoux Calvados XO.

Papidoux Calvados XO matures more than the minimum storage period for XO from six years to its completion and combines the maturity of age with the finesse of a fine apple flavour.

When poured, the wonderful smell of the Norman apples fill the room and let you know what taste is about to hit you.
