Deep in the Patriarch Forest of Humboldt Redwoods State Park, the coast redwood Pipe Dream rises 367-feet from the ancient forest floor. Among the fastest-growing trees ever measured, its majesty and rise to prominence inspires us to reach higher in our pursuit of excellence.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Deep Golden Hue.

Nose: Toffee, cherry, soft leather.

Palate: Cherry cola, honey, butterscotch, pecans.

"Spice-driven bakery shop aromas highlight the nose with notes of cinnamon babka, Christmas cake, gingerbread cookies, and powdered sugar sitting alongside a woodsy, pine forest quality. Water brings out toasted coconut and caramelized banana. A creamy and honeyed palate delivers tobacco leaf, vanilla cream, rye spice, cinnamon scone, and bitter chocolate.
