A distinctly Aussie twist on the classic cocktail. Inspired by the juicy flavours from our red wine barrels.

Using the quality, local ingredients at our fingertips, we craft Red Manhattan from our Starward single malt, fully matured in red wine barrels. Next, we add bitters then a red wine vermouth created bespoke for this cocktail by Adelaide Hills Distillery. They infuse South Australian red wine with native botanicals to complement our single malt like nobody's business.
