The Shinobu Mizunara Japanese Oak Finish Blended Japanese Whisky 700mL

A blend of carefully selected whiskies from all around the world, matured in a combination of ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, and then finished further in Mizunara Oak. This unique Japanese whisky is made with a 1:1 ration of malt to grain.

The Shinobu Blended Mizunara is a premium Japanese whisky that is crafted by the Shinobu Distillery, located in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. Niigata is known in Japan for its Three White treasures: snow, rice and sake, and a naturally blessed environment for pure water source. Shinobu (meaning forbearance in Japanese) Whisky is hand crafted by the creative master blender, Mr. Ken Usami, by carefully selecting whisky from different distilleries which are first reserved in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks and then finishing them with precious Japanese Mizunara oak. The blended expression contains 50% malt and 50% grain. The result is a unique fusion of flavours and dynamic explosion in palate yet so smooth and easy to drink. All natural with no colouring.
