Willett Family Estate 12 Year Old Single Barrel 2148 is a rare bourbon aged for 12 years and hand bottled exclusively for Cerbaco Australia. This 120 proof expression, drawn from barrel #2148, features a mashbill of 79% corn, 7% rye, and 14% malted barley. Only 114 bottles are available, making it a prized addition for discerning collectors.

Tasting Notes:

It offers a floral and fruity nose, followed by a palate rich with sweet fruit, oak, and gentle spice. The finish is medium in length and exceptionally smooth, showcasing the craftsmanship of Willett’s single barrel selection.
