In December 2023, we gathered a select focus group of our most loyal fans, guided by Woodford Brand Ambassador Andy Tsai, to choose from three distinctive Woodford personal select profiles. We proudly confirmed Batch II, showcasing rich aromas of oak, tea leaf, and dark sorghum molasses, complemented by notes of burnt caramel, subtle smoke, dark chocolate, and a hint of apple.

Higher ABV Woodford in a ONE LITRE BOTTLE! What's not to like ;) It's a sweeter style, with really great texture and absolutely smashable. A hint of banana lolly, loads of caramel and vanilla and a really balanced oak influence. It reminds me of the Double Oaked with a few extra points of ABV and less oak and tannin. I reckon this is one of the better Bourbons in the price range (~$100 for the equivalent 700ml bottle), and one of those whiskies that you can easily drink a lot of very quickly.
